10 headache triggers (part 1)

Headaches often seem simple because it is generally a mild disease symptoms. Approximately 70 percent of headaches are caused by muscle tension. Even so, a headache can not be underestimated, especially if to interfere with work. Anything that triggers headaches?

1. Boss

Boss or work often trigger headaches. In fact, all the things that cause tension or stress will make a we more susceptible to headaches or migraines. Headaches caused by emotional tension headache is called a functional.

2. Hot air

3. Scent is too strong

It is unknown why this happens, but the experts suspect the smell that has a strong aroma stimulates the nervous system. Jam perfume, the smell of paint, flowers or dust often cause throbbing head.

4. Hair accessory.

The way we treat hair can affect the head. Tie your hair too tight can make head tissues become tense and inviting headaches. Headbands, hairpins jug atopy is too narrow will cause the same effect.

5. Sport

Sports are too heavy, including sex, can also cause headaches. Excessive physical activity can make the blood vessels around the head and neck were swollen and depressed. Headaches caused by sports or sex is easier to attack people who are affected by migraine.
