Fried delicious but deadly

Eating fried foods commonly sold alongside a road and a lot of places are very risky. Fried food is generally cooked with cooking oil repetition results in high temperatures and long periods. Food types are indeed the highest contribution to the intake of trans fatty acids. This fatty acid has led to the increase in disease caused by blockage of blood vessels one of which is coronary heart disease.
