"The marriage bond if it can be said too often quarreled less happy and less healthy," said Gordon, who is now studying psychology at the doctoral level, as well as the study's lead author.
"We conducted this study to try to prove and remind each couple that no longer exist due to contention issues that unhealthy sleep patterns," he added.
Previous studies have ever examined that lack of sleep has a negative impact on the marital relationship, but in the present study explains more about how bad a compromise which is owned by a couple who sleep less. This compromise included in avoiding and managing conflict.
"For the first time in science, we can see the process of how the nature, degree, and conflict resolution can be made due to lack of sleep," said Chen, a professor of psychology at UC Berkeley.
It's good to fill hours of sleep in a day at least 7-8 hours. In addition, note also the quality of sleep and manage stress well so that conflicts can be prevented. A healthy relationship is a relationship of mutual understanding and not easily provoked to start a conflict.
